For anyone using Calendly with paid subscription, Google Calendar just created a clone feature. I set mine up in 5 minutes and will add to my signature. Once setup it shows the configuration in your Google Calendar. You can mark a setting that lets non-Google Users avoid account-sign-in to use the feature as well. Thanks @Cameron Rentch!! It was exciting to say the least. Our sides boiled over in the oven causing an oven fire. LOL!! Nothing like seeing flames in the oven glass to get the heart rate pumping. I lost my voice this past Sunday and barely can talk today - so I couldn't even yell "FIRE" well enough for help. Thankfully I grabbed the dishes out, and found the baking soda before it escaped the oven. Thanksgiving was saved. No food was even harmed - just my reputation with my future son-in-law. π€£ I hope everyone else had a wonderful day!

Weβre excited to share that our company has enrolled in the Nevada Employee Savings Trust (NEST)βa simple, convenient, and voluntary program to help you save for retirement.
Through NEST, each employee will have their own Roth Individual Retirement Account (IRA).
Employees will be automatically enrolled to begin saving a portion of each paycheck into their Roth IRA.
β Your contributions will start at 5% of your total pay (gross wages, before taxes and other deductions) β you can increase or decrease this rate at any time.
Roth IRA contributions are after-taxes, which means you wonβt pay taxes on qualified withdrawals in retirement.
Your NEST account stays with you throughout your careerβno complicated rollovers. You can access your funds at any time.
All employees should have received an email from NEST providing an Access Code to set up your account. From there, you can customize your account and savings choices or choose to opt out of the program.
If you opt out now, you can rejoin the NEST program at any time in the future.
Participation in NEST is completely voluntary. You have 30 days to opt out or make changes to your account before automatic enrollment begins.

Good Morning Everyone, I have logged in and created my own NEST account, just to see what it looks like and the experience that I had. This way you could better understand what will need to be done to set up an account. By now you have received an email link from NEST with "Go to your Account" along with a unique 5-7 digit (letter and/or num) password (remember to check your email address in Paylocity to make sure that we have the most current...also check spam just incase). This is a one time only use. Everyone in the company is strongly urged to register (you can still opt out). The reason being, you need to go through the steps to create a login (which will remain your email address and to update your password). By doing this you will automatically be enrolled in the 5% contribution rate (don't panic..you can still change your percentage (higher or lower) or opt out...but it is my estimation that going through the setup and then changing your percentage or to opt out is the way to proceed. Otherwise there will be no record for you at all if you choose to opt out and sign up at a later date you will not have a login and will have go back to that original email and code sent (which will most likely expire by then). I have gone through all of these steps personally, so I could let everyone know how to proceed. I was successfully able to change my password, adjust my contribution rate and I still had the option to "opt out". Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.
