Team, I’d like to circle back to the CSP scheduling. Based on our discussion the other day, all of your CSPs are currently scheduled from 6am - 2pm M-F. I understand that this may be their preferred schedule, but I don’t necessarily think it meets our business needs. I believe this is going to create an issue with reaching clients. It is imperative that we reach the maximum number of clients on behalf of our firms. If we don’t have coverage between 2pm and 6pm every day, we are potentially going to miss a segment that is unavailable due to work or other schedule conflicts, especially on the west coast.

Have we taken any steps to address this, and does anyone have any comments, concerns, or counter arguments?

Yes. Rachel and I told them that that their schedules are not going to work, and we may need to stagger their shifts if there's not bough coverage. Andrew works later, (9-6) and Mish currently works 7-3. In the meeting we suggested that they may have to work later 1 or 2 days

That sounds great. One thing to consider is the fact that there are only a few CSPs on each case. So, ideally we would have open-to-close coverage built around each case type.
