The only issue on a few were the videos where the people stated that they worked with the firm or the firm helped them. They want to make sure not to use any language that leads people to believe that those people hired and used Mendes Wilanders. They have concerns about defense counsel. Hope that makes sense.

The below chains are defendants that we will take cases against in any state. (We are licensed in 17 states). For instance, we would love any Genesis cases, but would focus on WV, PA, and NM. I think you should provide him the example I sent you and Andy, that shows the logical reason for the rates. The value is there for these even if it was 10k per...he already knows our quality, as he was part of the other campaign - although it wasnt his funds. Give it a shot - and also emphsize upcoming elections as well.

• Of the first 5 leads sent, he will accept 1 case. Should he let us know each time he declines one? Assume he should send a decline letter to each client?
• He wants to make sure the videos we sent him include everything he needs to submit to FL and KY. I don’t think they actually point to the ad, is that ok? • His firm was dinged a few months ago in WV for not having their full address on a FB ad. Is that just WV or should he have concerns in other states? • Anything else he can do during this test to communicate with us so we can continue to refine? Also best way to communicate to us and who to communicate to?

Yes have him reply all to the intake and tell us he is declining and if possible give us a reason. Then he should send a decline. • He wants to make sure the videos we sent him include everything he needs to submit to FL and KY. I don’t think they actually point to the ad, is that ok? This should be everything. We do not have his firm name and address listed in all of the actual ads BUT we do have his firm name and address in the ad text within the platform. He should provide the links to the landing pages along with the ads. • His firm was dinged a few months ago in WV for not having their full address on a FB ad. My guess would be that someone was running ads to a landing page that did not have their firm name and address on it OR in the ad text of the actual ad itself. • Anything else he can do during this test to communicate with us so we can continue to refine? Also best way to communicate to us and who to communicate to? You should get reporting from #C07JRSUPMGF send him the weekly reports and get feedback. We can schedule a weekly call to discuss performance and budgets. Best to do this every monday.
