Mike, Can you help with this when you get a chance. Hopefully this makes sense, if not, reaching out to Caleb and see what he needs and deleting my setup might be the easiest thing?

Trying to get this FB pixel to work. This is a special page because when you go to this page and clikck register it goes to an outside form. https://shadesofmass.org/2025-som-conference/ We had one for last year setup so I tried doing it the same way but Caleb says that he needs to see the pixel on the page instead of the way we did it last year.

Here is what Caleb says he needs.

  1. Main issue is I don't see the pixel on the page at all https://shadesofmass.org/2025-som-conference/ with any of the set ups. So I'd just reach out to Mike
  2. We can't track anything on this page no matter what you do https://events.navisinc.com/somcon25/reg/Site/Register Simply need it on the page so I can set up custom even based on "register today" clicks. Nothing passed that point

So I tried setting it up the way we do all other FB pixels except except on this page, not on the Thank you page. 2025-som-conference. He says it is still not working. I also do not see it on there and when trying to test in GTM I get this error.

Ah. I think I see the issue. I don't see the GTM tag on the site when I view source. They mnust have removed it since last year. I don't have access to that site. This is one of Latoyas sites.I just asked her to add the code.

This is one of Latoyas sites.I just asked her to add the code or Reach out to you Mike since it does not use Beaver Builder on that site.

@Caleb Peters we are actually just waiting on Latoya to add the GTM tags back onto the site. Looks like they were removed at some point which is why it’s not working and don’t have access to that site.

@Mike I set up an event on this page https://shadesofmass.org/2025-som-conference/ for the pixel to fire when the "Register now" button(s) are clicked and to send it back as a "Lead". Currently not seeing it coming back on my end even though I have it set up that way.
