I mean technically it’s ours until we sell it I guess but still. Everyone is worried about them training their tools on our data.
If we are going to get any AI tool though I would suggest one that helps manage some of the processes because I think that’s going to have the biggest impact. Once the reporting isn’t drowning that’s a bunch of people we can use to help build the simple things and then we can pitch the use case for more advanced stuff. That’s my two cents anyways

Hey... Sorry for the delay here. I have some questions for DL about the schema/design of the custom objects. The junction objects (joins) are configured in a strange way. I made some some assumptions about the data. I wonder if they are still trying to work out the design here??? Here's the query I used. We can bounce this code off JP. I am working to get all of the Contact IDs and that way I can match the secondary IDs to them. Depending on how they have their system set up they should have at least two spots, one for Lead ID and one for Contact ID. Could even get to 3 with designating a spot for the intake and secondary lead ID
OK, none of this makes sense in the context of Litify. but I can meet with you tomorrow and discuss it. They don’t use contacts. We already have the law ruler ID pulled over on the account accounts.

Are their issues with those 12? issues with fields populating for the complete intake, as well as some potential document issues?
The answer generally is yes, but if someone can tell me what they’re missing, I can zero in on something. We have asked 3 to 4 times via email what they are missing and received zero response yet people get pinged like you and Dustin. They are receiving every piece of data that every other paraquat campaign has received with a zero complaints.
They also have all 12 questionnaires with intake answers.

I think it might be best to retrigger these and delete the duplicates. It going to be 11 retriggers to be safe. That would be faster than auditing all and trying to find wants missing.

I dont see anything built to send to Legafi from DL. I think they are receiving from DL manually. Malissa got asked by LegaFi why nothing yet and DL said they didnt have the data which baffled us'

Something I want to review with you and Ryan on Monday. I found out about this particular fee, split with legafi and the integration at the very last second from Mal. We just need more of a runway to make this work correctly from the beginning. Maybe I missed a message or I’m not in the right slack channel but we just need a couple of weeks wrap up time rather than doing it overnight and expecting good results.
Yes might need some training but if that training doesn’t happen it is just going to frustrate them more. Not saying it’s right just knowing how they operate

Another thing that we should be aware of that, I don’t think that Abe quite grasps yet…. Paraquat as a case type is just one entity to them. However, we have different questionnaires for every different fee split and we call them campaigns. They think because the other paraquat was done this one should be ‘just turn it on’.
All of them require different mapping so we just need to set that expectation

The way I’ve been doing it is just to export the CSV of all converted intakes and then have it create a blanket text field for all the questions and answers.

Salesforce has a UI based product where you can just take a CSV and as long as the field makes sense you can upload it. It will create the column headers and then fill in the rows as well.
