Hey all, are we still allowing people to call out? I am tying together call data with lawruler data and noticed a concerning pattern where agents will spam a PNC the moment the lead goes into lawruler, before it ever hits "Send to five9", and in some in some cases they are even calling over eachother

Yeah they are calling it as soon as it is created, but not touching the lawruler file until it hits Send to Five9. I just found this out yesterday
