Good afternoon Cameron,

I reached out to you in regards to the “Interview” with Desiree. However, I’m not sure what Tony Jones informed her on but now she is apprehensive of allowing me to interview due to a one sided story told on Tony Jones behalf (without my knowledge) along with suggesting other employees.

Per Tony he said he would be happy to set up the interview and now I’m getting the runaround. He informed me last week that I had the ok to transfer if I got the job with BCL.

Also, none of the open position are posted in the office nor online. There have been secret interviews being conducted for positions but it’s not being posted to inform internal employees who may have the background to fit the roles.

I’m highly concerned because now I’m being blocked from growth opportunities based on things that have nothing to do with my background or work ethic. Are you aware of this happening in your office?
