One more thing. I see that you have added all of Cameron's accounts to Copper. I would ultimately like to have the contacts added as well, if possible. If you are too busy, I'm happy to help. I'm just trying to make our database as solid as possible.

Each Company/Firm should have at least one Primary Contact/Person. In most cases there are more than one.

Also, I noticed you have added distribution email addresses to the Email Domain field. That field should literally be used for just the URL...mine would be shield-legal.com. We can set that distribution list up as a person at the firm...so you can keep track of the distribution email address. That said, there is a field within the Opportunity (towards the bottom) for these email addresses. The field is "Retainer Email Distribution List".

Yeah that sounds good! I have not added much to Copper, other than the last few new contracts/orders. So most of the data in there was migrated over automatically. The contracts were migrated over automatically too. I agree though, we need to make it as accurate as possible. So I can definitely help out with that.

Not sure what the best approach is, but I'm happy to help.

I looked at the "Companies" tab in Copper and there are a lot of missing "Contact" names. That will be an easy way to see which firms are missing contacts.

That's also a good way to see there are duplicates. As an example, ELG and Environmental Litigation Group are the same firm. We can merge them.

I also see Levin & Perconti in there twice...and they should be merged.

I merged ELG and Environmental Litigation Group too. But there's an opportunity under ELG that I believe is wrong. It's a campaign with Levinson and I believe that is the actual client. I don't think ELG has spent any money with us...only been a litigating firm.
