If Sobo pulls the SGGH Chowchilla secondary in a Word document, i think that is perfect. it would be a cloned template, and we just mapped the fields to be mail merged for SGGH short form complaint so it would be easy to do a PFS. one option both directions covered. 👍:skintone2:
