@James Turner, I updated the agg_payroll summary row in your sheet, those are what go into BigQuery, in pink. The non-pink payroll are what @Brian Thiessen used in the Lead-level / Line-Item-Level cost allocations for pricing.

@James Turner, excellent. @Brian Hirst, time for TIP App to have Case Types added to a Application Navigation Bar atop in the header, then we need a UI page for Operating Expenses, where you can:

• As a Financial User of the TIP retool application, I need the ability to look up operating expenses by month and year, edit existing ones and to add a new month for future months. @Brian Hirst, how long until you can have a draft ready for Brian, James and I to play with?

I can have that mostly done by tomorrow afternoon/Wednesday morning. I will need to figure out how to add columns from the app, I don’t foresee that being a roadblock though.
