Hi team, I’m kind of delirious and sick right now. Mark Mina just texted me that ACTS is not getting any addresses on the retainer.

He’s going to send me examples. @deleted-U055HQT39PC @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @Nick Ward I thought we got this resolved?

I'm looking at the last one sent, it says physical injury only

Are they asking to put an address of where they were physically injured?

It reads on the retainer that that is the address for property damage. If a PNC did not experience property damage and only physical injury there is nothing to populate

**damages sustained by CLIENT to their property located at That's how it reads on the retainer

He’s emailing some examples. I’ll take a look when he sends it and let you know.

Is there any option to make a section just for addresses? Like at the end or something? In the esign program I have i can add fields. Maybe we could put that on there and I share it with acts. If I remember correctly their retainer doesn’t have a lot of space

Also they’re escalating to cam and Andy @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW

We are adding injury location, so it will populate in the retainer, along with date

Sounds like it is all personal injury. Waiting on more info from acts

We have the email headers labeled. Physically Injury Only or Property Damage etc We added Y/N questions Injury, Property Damage etc ALL separate questions I'm not sure what else we can do. We are adding the address and date regardless of what type of claim it is.
