@Cameron Rentch @Malissa @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA Cam - We had a call on Friday with Lakin to sort out his questions. He did not agree to use our VSS and was not aware we were doing so. That was the confusion. I believe we have stopped any further VSS intake, but we have the issue of about 43 we did for his campaign (Aug. and Sept).

@Cameron Rentch Hey Cam - Brad was not aware that our VSS team was performing this. I believe it would undermine the trust he has with us if I asked him to pay for a service he did not authorize. I'm free today by phone if you have time to discuss.

@Cameron Rentch it might also be a good practice to include VSS on the invoice. we can include something like (billed separately) or something like that but it would get the firm to sign that they want that service.

@Malissa @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA tell me what we have for the interviews. Give me a list of everything completed

1 Run report for all signed e sign final, all fields, all time

  1. Then identify which claimants have has secondary interviews completed on the report(either add a column and have a yes no or highlight which ones are completed
  2. Export and Put all of the completed forms in a google drive so I can see what we have

@Cameron Rentch Here's the report mentioned in points 1 and 2. They're filtered and i used Yes/No to note if they had a 2nd interview.
