Heyo~ I was comparing differences between these 3

  1. Chowchilla - ACTS - Levinson (TC) - Shield Legal - Integrations a. LINK HERE
  2. Chowchilla - ACTS/DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal-CaseType-IntakeForm a. LINK HERE
  3. Chowchilla - ACTS - Forman - Shield Legal-CaseType-IntakeForm a. LINK HERE I have noticed that on 1 and 3, the "Header" questions such as "Note the following x questions refer to.." have custom IDs, but on number 2, they do not.

An example of this is Custom ID 5001, but the discrepancy exists for each header.
