Hello @here! We have been having a lot of issues with Test leads winding up in our reporting due to them being in Signed e-Sign statuses. We have to manually review and pull these out and we have received negative feedback from some of the firms who receive these reports about the inclusion of test files.

When you are done using a test profile, please be sure to change the status to Test Lead Dispos, as is the established process. Please also be sure to include the word "Test" in the first and/or last name of your test profile so they can be more easily identified.

I have attached a list of all of the test profiles in the wrong status that we have found to demonstrate the breadth of this issue.
