good morning @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG @Ralecia Marks @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A we seem to be moving very slowly with Chowchilla AWD/ACTS 2nd interviews. It is possible that the benchmark sheet is not updating so I cam copying Brittany.

Hi Cam, Brittany is running some reports to audit if there was a mishap with the benchmark sheet. Once she confirms it is all good we will have the call managers prioritize this campaign and stress a live transfer so we can get this percentage in a better place.
@Cameron Rentch I reviewed the sheet. We have been updating it. We will add in a "Last Updated" section in the first tab so you can see when it was updated. I looked into the numbers a bit more and it is not accurate. Explanation: We were using the Interview Completed date field to count completions. The agents who were completing the interviews were instructed to fill out this field when they complete the interview. This is not happening consistently. I reviewed the statuses of the secondary interviews and it seems that there are 24 in complete status, but only 9 have the date filled out. Fix: I will re-do the sheet to count completions based on the status rather than the date completed field.
@Cameron Rentch I will follow up with the VSS team regarding the key dates

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG thank you, we need all benchmark sheets to be uddated daily Law firm partners are looking at this and making assumptions that we are behind and not completing work timely, then when we tell then it's wrong they lose faith in our tracking and reporting. @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A @Ralecia Marks let's please ensure whomever is completing the interviews is updating the proper fields. Alan, please ensure this gets audited daily. Thanks everyone
the good news is the numbers are great!
@Cameron Rentch This has been fixed and is now reflecting accurate numbers.
