Is there a specific campaign we want to test on? I was going to attempt to pull all, but you can only pull 100 at a time.

Wood Pellet is the big one to test

Cool, I emailed Mark, just waiting on response back to know when that automation has changed over.

Hey all~ I just want to confirm, My understanding from the call this morning was we would have the leads be inserted as a different status from Leadspedia, so we can keep leads generated in lawruler as New Lead, and anything generated in Lawruler would be created as "Send to Five9"?

Leadspedia ID is created, then it gets pushed into Law Ruler and a LR ID is created and put into a New Lead status...

Then the second (separate) LR automation runs and changes the status from New Lead to Send to Five9 (it used to go into Contact Attempted)

Apologies, disregard the previous photo, I meant to attach this one of the email thread for clarification.

Mark, it sounds like we should be changing the second automation rather than the first. Do you own those Lawruler automations as well?

Hi sorry, busy working on something else. Which automation do you think I should change? Anthony just had me turn off the "Contact Attempted from Five9" automation

Send to Five9 from the status New Lead is still on
