@Zekarias Haile, please get with Edward to ensure SL PostGress MediaRaw_v2 table is updated to match Edwards post-reconciliation perfectly.

Hi team, just providing an update on the discrepancies mentioned above — @here After completing my investigation, I was able to identify the reasons behind the differences and have attached screenshots for visual reference. CA Juv Hall: Law Ruler shows 331 leads when filtered by the following statuses: • Signed e-Sign FINALSigned e-Sign FINAL - SENTSigned e-Sign QASigned e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED This matches the count in both our Flatirons Benchmark (which applies a custom filter for just these four statuses) and our raw database queries. The Looker Studio dashboard shows 334, and the difference of 3 comes from leads marked as Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm. This is still considered a billable status and is included in Column F of the Flatirons Benchmark, but not in Column B (which is used for the comparison). So, 331 (from Column B) + 3 (from Column F) = 334, matching the dashboard — no discrepancies here. LA County Foster Care: The count was off by 1 because the dashboard had not yet been updated at the time it was reviewed. I’ve since updated the Flatirons Benchmark for that one-off client to ensure alignment so that should be reflecting now. Meanwhile, the reporting team is currently in the process of updating secondary interview dates in Law Ruler using the Import Wizard, (to align with Abe's request earlier ago). Moving forward, we’ll make sure the count and statuses are updated earlier in the day to avoid timing discrepancies. I hope that makes sense and please let me know if you have any questions @Cameron Rentch

@Cameron Rentch Normally, the dashboard is updated first thing in the morning. However, due to a priority deadline from Abe, the reporting team focused on reconciling secondary interview dates — before updating the dashboard which is why we had that 1 off.

Since updating Law Ruler through the Import Wizard takes time, the plan was to refresh the dashboard once that process was complete.

That said, going forward, we’ll ensure the dashboard is still updated at the start of the day. Any additional updates, such as changes to date fields, can be applied afterward. This will help prevent delays in counts and avoid discrepancies between the Flatirons Benchmark (Google Sheets) and our database.
