Shellie, good morning. Few questions, but for your information, cameron has asked me to try to course correct Darryl McCracken. DiCello isn’t happy with his salesforce implementation, but I am coming in so much in the dark with zero background besides leave them alone don’t bother him and let him do his job for DiCello.
So…
Hi @Ryan This is the first I am hearing of any concerns with Darrell's performance. He is a Shield employee.
Ok. Thanks. I forward you an email from Abe, cameron asked me to help project manage him. So my plan is to add a weekly meeting, hold them to some type of project plan and Tasks list, and keep them accountable. I don’t know why he didn’t reach out to you first if it’s a performance issue. I’ll meet with Nick McFadden, then I’ll message you cameron after and lay out the plan then I’ll ask you to talk to him, and let him know that us moving in and over the top of him it should be considered an opportunity for his improved performance,
If we can’t get him on track and making the law firm, happy, I will recommend replacement resource. I don’t have salesforce implementation, skills, handy, anywhere else in the company. It’s a unique role and set of skills.
If it's a performance issue, it most likely would have gone to Nick first and then to me if the issues progressed.
