Easy fix In the CaseType parameter make sure the case type is verbatim from lawruler. Anthony may have added a space into the CaseType name
The response is “casetype does not exist” so it doesn’t know where to send the lead
Did you make sure there are no extra spaces in the LR name? Go to settings>casetypes milestones> casetype Then click edot and make sure there are no extra spaces

When adding new custom fields to a forms tab, where do you get the custom field number from?

Thats why with S1 and alt id fields 10042 and 10043 they need to be copy pasted from another page
If you try to create a new one it just creates a field number chronologically
Double check where those leads were supposed to go and then check the case type in the delivery method This is a good troubleshooting exercise
Make sure you hit save every time you make a change on a delivery method
when you get some time can you double check that its all good? Leads are going through successfully now, but I just want to make sure

So the Google leads are found by exporting All Leads for the day, and then filtering the Media Buyer column by "CR"
anything with CR is Google, also the reffering URL will have "gad" in it
if we can figure out why the S1's are not coming over on any of the Google leads, this would be much easier. Where do the media buyers enter that info? something was set up incorrectly wherever the S1's come from

looks like Leadspedia is maxed out on the volume of emails it was sending out, and now its not. So they recommended I create a Mailchimp email to help with the volume
