Ralecia I spoke with Tim yesterday and he explained that we are simply wanting to train the legal assistants/paralegals so there are additional staff that are able to assist with auditing when their time is available.

I also expressed that starting out I only want Tim, vernon and henri to audit so we have tight controls and they can get learnings to then pass to the teams accordingly when their time is right.

I would like you two to connect today and bring Malissa and the others together so they have clarity.

Important items to cover

• The legal assistants and paralegals report to Tim but take direction as well from Ralecia. • Malissa specifically needs to be able to carry the legal work load with Ralecia so that does not impacts Ralecia in her daily needs and workload • Malissa and others needs to understand they need to go directly to you both for direction snd assignment • Tim please take the time to understand the exact needs of Ralecia and VSS team.. Very important that you both are completely aligned and demonstrate that to the team Thank you both !
