Some things I am seeing:

  1. leads are being rotated equally to the campaigns (with exception of AWD HRSC, which was off in leadspedia)
  2. All of the campaigns have the same criteria
  3. I am seeing AWD DOL sign ups in channel but not seeing anything in dashboards and AWD is not getting any signed contracts emailed to them
  4. I am seeing a LARGE disproportionate amount of leads being signed up with Marsh HRSC then the AWD DOL Note that AWD requires signed contracts be delivered immediately, as they are required to contact the claimant within 24 hours. Please confirm we are following this protocol

@Cameron Rentch for #3, i went through the channel and looked up each signup listed. of the 16, only 2 signed to AWD/Dol. 10 went to other OSOL campaigns, 2 went to other campaigns (i didn't see a reason in the notes), and 2 were signed and declined.

Basically they were originally assigned to AWD/DOL but got moved to an OSOL campaign (Like AWKO) because they were OSOL.

@Cameron Rentch I am seeing a low number of sign ups in Dolman - AWD. There are 3 in total (2 Finalized, 1 Declined). Malissa is correct in that many of the qualified leads have been moved to OSOL campaigns, the majority of which have gone to DL - Flatirons OSOL as all of the criteria for these campaigns instructs agents to do so if the PNC's DOB falls outside of the state SOL but within the additional parameters. The remaining DQ's after the most recent criteria update are all valid. I have confirmed that all of these campaigns have identical criteria. Mormon Victim Abuse - Dolman - Anapol Weiss - AWD
