Thanks for the reply. I see some of the creatives are duplicated in both S+ and NEC | 19 campaigns, I assume there was some competition as the creatives are top performing ones. I will allowlist you TikTok's new split test tool, it can do all types of split tests including S+ vs non S+, S+ vs S+, multi variable split test and etc, the best part is that it can divide the target audience to avoid traffic competition, so the test result will be more fair. @Maximus

Hi @Maximus Summary of our weekly: NEC - test new creatives and consolidate spending in the top performing creative TTOne 32; S+ campaign creative best practices: 6 and up (we have 5 creatives in the current campaign); utilize new split test tool for future tests (instant form, creatives, S+ vs non S+, S+ vs S+); Chowchilla - more TTOne creative test, note the S+ creative best practices is 6+ creatives per campaign; note that the new split test feature is also available for this account; Hairdye - shorten the question list or use qualifying question instead of Logic setting to lower CPL on the platform; try more UGC creatives or add AI avatar to the current stock videos.

Not much since our meeting Thursday, we've secured 2 contracts for hair relaxer, which is just ok. Hair salon bladder cancer is spending a bit on a small bid but with only 1 lead. I'll raise the bid slightly for Monday. Chowchilla will relaunch Monday with a bid cap to test performance

Hi @Yan Ashrapov @Maximus Regarding the CPA spike in Chowchilla, we found that the system bid has been steadily increasing after the campaign launched, an indication that the system is struggling to find users who are likely to submit the form. It's mostly due to the really narrow targeting/criteria of this tort, plus the fact that the account is new (the last ad account took a few months to establish sufficient account learning). I would suggest to create "targeting" in creative hook, for example, one of the previous champion creatives was to show the Chowchilla facility picture in the first frame + use the text to emphasis. in this way, it may help the system to target users more efficiently.
@deleted-U05F548NU5V we need to know if this hook of 'show the Chowchilla facility picture in the first frame' is policy approved As far as I remember, mentioning facility by name via audio or image is prohibited (?)@deleted-U05G9BHC4GY

Hi @Yan Ashrapov Regarding disabling autofill, we have a new internal allowlist process that the request will be sent by GBS team. the accounts are allowlisted every Friday and I will be notified once it's done, meaning all the 3 accounts you requested should be approved this coming Friday, including NEC 2 and Hair relaxers. I have also asked the team to look into the high ratio of the unable-to-reach leads issue. hope we will get some feedback for you soon.

Hi @Maximus @Yan Ashrapov Autofill for NEC 2 and Hair relaxer is disabled. Regarding system bid configuration for Chowchilla account, it won't be done very soon as all the team is OOO.
I would suggest us to test the new creatives/narrative there while waiting for the configuration to be done.
@deleted-U05F548NU5V thank you for the update. Regarding Chowchilla, we will try the current script with the new bidding configuration first. As, this script, while only 'maybe' approved at best, can get us lot of user reports that will in turn terminate our ad account. I prefer that we will try and get all the learning that we can to assist the tort achieve it's past performance in the safest way here, as this may affect the BC as well. As before..
