These are the different commission buckets. Only certain buckets go towards an agent's quota, meaning that if you had all of your deals from category 1, you would not make any commission. Only Category 3-6 count towards their quota of 80 points. There are specific campaigns that are different though. For instance, Gaming Addiction only counts half the points towards an agents quota.

Screeners are entirely different, where their Gaming addiction Finals are worth 3 points instead of the 4 that Closers get.

For billing purposes though, a deal won't always be paid to the agent. So even though that Dublin case is worth 8 points, $80 will only be paid out if the agent had broken their quota
