A copy of what I've sent to Brian: Good morning @Brian Thiessen Found out how to pay those invoices! Under finance -> invoices, we can just download the invoice as PDF and in the invoice itself there are the credentials of the TikTok account to transfer the funds. Important to know is that I've managed to solidify all ad accounts to a single invoice since yesterday, so every invoice will be (for now) for a single day of spend. Last but not least, we will need to send to TikTok proof of payment as soon as we pay an invoice to free up the spend as fast as possible. I'm adding a PDF for reference. But we have same level of creatives via TT1 and can scale more aggressively here..

- exact URLs

@Cameron Rentch good morning ! So, it looks like our new Google rep has quit, and Friday’s call with Google has been cancelled. I can handle the campaign budget adjustments in the meantime. While we figure out who our new rep will be, here’s an overview of our Google activity from 28/6 to 7/7. • AFFF - $13K for 1 contract. 2 were declined. We can close the campaign if this is not a priority. Two weeks ago we had a lot better results so this is very inconsistent. • San Bern - $16,389.61 - 12 contracts - we can continue with campaign for sure. Still better than Meta, even though the price per contract went up. Let me know if we want to scale further. • Chowchilla - $11K - 3 contracts - Better than Meta by $1K for a contract. Can't really scale here though. At least only with Search. We can keep it as it is though.. • Illinois Juve - $6,901.25 - 1 contract - First contract here in a while. We are currently running $600 daily with this tort. Either we scale to $1K/daily or turn this off, as we are not getting enough conversion learning and the fact that the results with Meta are a lot better - $3.5K per contract. • NSCup - $2,688.64 - 12 contracts. Good results, but I know that we are shutting down the traffic on Meta, let me know if we need to do the same here. • San Diego - 2 contracts - $5K. • Mormon - 1 contracts - $4.3K. Totaling $7k and only 2 conversions with Mormon search in the last 3 weeks. We can either close or scale to get more learning going, as the results with Meta are a lot better.

I just talked with Valeriia, and we wanted to float another idea: maybe a US move could still be on the table, just a few months after the baby arrives (birth August/September) Totally get it if that’s not realistic. Which will be tough with Bard, Depo, and PFAS no longer running. That means we’ll need to double down on existing campaigns: Hair Relaxers, Hair Salon, Milestone, the upcoming NEC, and Hernia. Most importantly, the team needs to understand the bigger picture — we can’t afford to pause campaigns just because they aren’t profitable short term. It’s crucial they follow through on instructions to help us reach the incentive. Please let me know when we can discuss this with the guys on call

The only real concern is San Bern, which results suffered after the scale. • Chowchilla - $13,820.85 - 3 Contracts - Unstable results with Chowchilla in August. Still profitable, but I would suggest deep diving with the new team to stabilize performance. • Illinois Juve - $7,437.61 - 1 Contract • San Bern - $21,219.17- 6 Contracts - Worst week we had with San Bern in terms of cost per contract. Granted, we scaled aggressively here (+50%). I would review on the Google call. Though, there's a chance this will improve until then. • San Diego - $7,738.99 - 2 Contract • Mormon - $2,306.27 - 4 Contracts - Good week!
