Just a quick check-in. As you may know, we are going trough a transition to working directly with Meta (instead of trough the ASP). While this is going to bring many benefits and pretty cool stuff in the coming months, the transition itself is a monumental task and so far, all things considered, has gone well. There are some accounts that are having some issues, including some of yours. Just wanted to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to normalize the situation as fast as possible and you guys are our absolute top priority.

I’m on it personally and won’t stop being on it until is resolved.

• All accounts are now operating normally as I’m sure you are aware. So that’s a good thing! • Also, as I’m sure you know, Class actions, etc. are now allowed in Tiktok. We recently resume working with them, so if you need TikTok accounts we’ll gladly provide them for you. • Rumble: I have put together a doc that explains a bit more about the platform. I’m sure you guys would do fantastic in it! (Also there’s a chance if we manage to get some scale to do some cash-backs, so definitely worth a try) (https://info.nmg.cloud/rumble-tips) • We’ll be announcing Twitter soon as well. Thanks @Fabian De Simone we actually got into a beta with Tik Tok about a year ago. We worked directly with them and were the only white listed company in North America to be allowed to run class action and injury in legal vertical. We actually trained their algorithms for all of the companies now that are running. We are currently working directly with their policy team to open up some of the sexual Abuse campaigns that still are restricted. We are having a summit with them in London next month and have a large team supporting us.

FB still out performs but it’s good to have another option. We def want to get up on rumble asap. Let’s have a call Monday?

Hey Cam! Hope all is well! Just a quick update on a couple of things that might be of interest for you guys:

  1. We started working with X, very close relationship atm. They are very agressive at scaling their ad business and are trowing money at it and this for you guys means that they’ll match any spend up to 100K (which we are transferring to you guys completely) a. This means that any amount you spend up to 100K they will match on top of it (with a min of 10K in spend). b. So if you spend 20K, we’ll get you 20K in ad credits and so on up to 100K. c. The only two conditions are: we must start before December 1st and the min spend is 10K (to get a match. If you spend less than 10K then there’s no matching promo). We believe this is a great way to give X a proper go and should be enough room to fine tune and make it work. As always, completely up to you and if this is something you’re interested in and your media buyers can give it a proper test, we’ll set it up for you asap.

  2. There’s a new traffic source that’s making the rounds all over and people are raving about it called AppLovin.

AppLovin is interesting because these guys did something very smart: they have tons of mobile apps they control and have obcenes amounts of data on their users which lead them to create a highly optimized algo (meaning less budget to optimize campaigns) and they have focused on a single creative format: reels (like tiktoks and instagram) so porting from Meta to AppLovin is trivial. Is just using the same assets most media buyers have.

Now, AppLovin is mostly geared at ECOM right now but they are coming out with their LeadGen model and we got in early with them. Not as agressive as X, but I do believe if we manage to get some spend going there, we can also get some ads credits (I think is 10K, will confirm) and of course be one of the first on the leadgen model. Same as X, if you guys are interested let me know and we’ll set this up asap.

The main difference here is that most of the media buying is managed, meaning they do most of the optimization, etc. I know this is a bit different than what we are used to, but in this case I think is positive because they know their platform better than anyone else (the running theory why the traffic source is so good is that because is new, they are serving ads only to their premium users. If this is true then is a good idea to take advantage of this).

  1. We also just partnered with another traffic source that I particularly like very much (mainly because I’m an email guy 🙂 )

It’s called LiveIntent and they have dynamic ad placements in the top email newsletter in the USA (New York Times, etc. Big Brand Names). Their ads pretty much work like a display network but they get shown inside the newsletter. Is unconventional from the likes of Meta, Google, Tiktok which is why I particularly like the idea. Is a managed service, so in terms of the media buying is pretty much on their side to optimize, etc. You guys just need to share your best Meta performing ads, landing pages and daily testing budgets and they take it from there.

Anyways, quite a few things! Let me know if any of these (or all of them) you would like to get them up and running and I’ll take care of everything.

Hope you’re doing great today!

My dev team just sent everything your tech teams way for us to test the initial integration. Once we confirm this is working we will them plug it into Meta and take it from there. Can’t wait to have this going!

Wanted to confirm with you if you’ll be in Vegas next week and still would like us (we would love to) to come visit. Even though the technical part we can integrate remotely without any issues, is always a great plan getting together.

Since you're coming to our neck of the woods we would love to host you properly and take care of you guys while you're here.

Punta Cana is fantastic if you do the resort route or also if you are up for it, we could set you guys up in a luxury villa with in house keeping, chef, golf cart and access to all the amenities of Punta Cana Resort (where I live!) has to offer.

  1. Punta Cana: please let me know your dates and we’ll organize a great trip for you guys, we’ll take care of everything down there. Just arrive and enjoy!
  2. Vegas Meeting: we would like to plan that visit to Vegas. We’ll bring our head honcho at Meta as well so you can meet him personally. Do you have any possible dates this could happen?
  3. The attribution software is coming out shortly. It’s looking great. I think it will contribute quite a bit to the operation! Cheers!
