On a separate note, regarding James Turner and his move to TIP, what (if anything) do I need to do in Paylocity or elsewhere? He has been asking about his title and I know the comp. question is coming soon. I expect to deliver the message that he is a Lead and this is a lateral move unless I hear otherwise. His move happened pretty quickly and I don't know if any other conversation was had without me.

We can't do an actual transfer from Shield to TIP until after the 25th. We're working out an issue with Paylocity, but we can give him a pay increase and title change anytime. We would just officially move him to TIP after the 25th.

I agree, his position would basically remain the same so not sure a comp increase is warranted.
