I've always use 2 different account. Shield has different chat for me for different pays

I guess when I click on open slack, it gives me an error. But if I click on the link, it'll open a new tab and it works.

I can use a new tab for Shield.

I think for Shield, it was app. Tort is broswer

you can use the app for both. I would definitely recommend the app over the browser.
