@here please review and confirm this is accurate:
On the 17th we send a complete list of 30668 Sikitch confirmed the initial approximately 2000 was reduced to approx 1300 415 of the 1300 were QA signed and declined, reducing to 885 Of the 885, 626 were sent via email to Dicello distro This leaves 259 cases Of the 259, 196 were Flatirons On April 25 we sent all data via a data dump on all Flatirons cases Of the 196, 91 were Flatirons case AFTER April 25 This leaves 91 Flatirions cases and 63 NON Flatirons cases to be investigated to determine if they were sent or not
Of 259 there are 86 that have been sent by integration and backfill. 2 were sent in June and 2 were sent in July. 82 have been sent in the last 2 days and 2 were tests. Therefore we have 171 that we have to investigate individually and we will have it done by EOD.
Thank you, this has been relayed to Marc / Cam
Team are we available to meet in 45M w/cam ?
and whoever is needed, and NOT on this slack?
What is the context for the meeting?
Is this in lieu of the 2pm call?
Of the 171, 7 were BCL and we have asked them to delete these, 47 were sent via integration over the weekend so we have 117 but 17 will be sent via backfill this week. The remaining 100 leads do not currently have an integration and were not planned for due to the campaigns being complete. We suggest DL uploading the remaining 100 because it would most likely take us a couple of days to build out each integration just to fill these 100. We are still investigating the reasoning behind the absence of notification to DL.
56 of the 100 remaining will take logging from Law Ruler to determine who was truly at fault but we have examples of them not always sending emails despite having automations on. The 44 of 100 are CPAPs that were parked in "Signed e-signed Re-Triggered" by Josh/Brett but were never moved back out of the status, into a status that would have triggered an automation.

@Nicholas McFadden @Carter Matzinger IURGENT
This is the sheet we have been going off of that has all of their information including e-sign date
@Nicholas McFadden lets clean this up a little and get it to Cam in an easier format for him to report on
I'll swing by after this meeting
@Cameron Rentch this is the updated file. It has counts by casetype and all lead info (leadid, casetype, e-sign date etc). There are some notes associated with each lead and the status of backfill. We are requesting DL upload the 100 leads that were not planned for integration. The rest will get picked up in a backfill. We are working with Law Ruler to investigate email automations. We will update as we learn new information.
The count is 172. The additional lead is an "Archived Dicello Form 95"
@Nicholas McFadden pls update the sheet with original e sign date as well in a separate column for each lead. Break out please with lead ID and add that column as well. Gradual please
@Cameron Rentch Were you able to look at the second tab?
The second tab has leadid, casetype, status, esigndate, createdate, backfill status, and some additional notes
@Carter Matzinger I will review today. Thank you
