@Andy Rogers note that me and @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW talked with Doug re the CA juv cases. Based on the mediation, Doug has opened up criteria to accept the following cases moving forward:

-touching of genitals with gloves, even during a strip search, can now be accepted

Please inform Miller, as we may have inadvertently opened this up to their firm. @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW note that Miller may not accept these...but I don't think it should be an issue
