If DL wants all leads for all their campaigns to reconciled their data, I think I would need help assistance from @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG and her team for the non flatirons ones and I can work on the flatirons one (that way we can spread the load hopefully in half) (I'd be happy to help with non flatirons campaigns as well).

As for @Daniel Schussler @Richard Schnitzler part on this, I am thinking we should send them (me and brittany) the campaigns data one case type at a time but BEFORE we send it, we do a quick spot check (as in do a vlookup to see which clients they don't have and what we do have in LR) and then work with @Daniel Schussler & @Richard Schnitzler to upload those clients into Litify with the template @Richard Schnitzler & myself are working on (this is similar to import wizard @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG) and then once we imported those into litify then we can send in that report for that case type to them. That way when they start to check on which clients are "missing" there wouldn't be any missing (little to none) and if they see that we just imported it, at least they know we had took immediate action to send in those case types + backfilled for them.

@here I think we should meet about this to discuss a path forward. Looks like they don't want a lot of data for each claimant, just want some minimal info, which we can provide relatively easily. Excepting the campaigns where we have DL hiding on retainers but not listed in the case types, so we will need to figure those out as well. @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ I don't know what pushing the clients into litify looks like, but I thought the fields have to be mapped for each case type before that can happen? Are you just going to create blank profiles for them?

I think doing batches may work well that way we can make sure we are only pushing correct data, reducing dups , etc
