@Korbin, here is the first production email list for Dicello / Flatirons emails, please upload, validated numbers from raw to valid emails in SS, and add you and me as tests and only re-test the whole workflow for us before we schedule to send. Be sure in your test, you make yourself Active and Medical Records Ordered and then after you validate your emails are working for the first 3, then mark yourself not "Signed e-Sign" to ensure it stops sending your emails by design.
Also get @Adrienne Hester to proof read the emails @Korbin and get approved by her here.
Only sending to "Billable & Open w/ Firm" and "Medical Records Ordered equals "Yes".

I have tested all 3 fields in the action group labeled "Signed e-Sign Final" , "Signed e-Sign QA" , and "Signed e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED." I also tested the "Unsubscribe" feature and it has all passed. Everything works.
Once all 5 emails have been optimized for the Flatirons Action Group, I will then put you into an automation so you can see for yourself.

@Ryan, automations are complete. The factor of removing a lead from the Action Group Automation is "Opt-In Field" and it must contain "E-Sign."
If an agent needs to remove a lead from the Action Group they will need to Click On The Leads Name > click "custom field" tab > CTRL F > "Opt" > Enter > Click the drop down and hit "decline" > Click "Save"
All that's left is to clean the list from March 11th, include the fields that correspond to the Action Group automation, upload with you and I in the processes, and schedule to send Monday morning at 8am.

Just wanted to provide you both with a little update. I had gotten SharpSpring Support involved with the rebuild of the Flatirons Visual Workflow Automation. Chris from Constant Contact did a deep dive into the automation and tried to troubleshoot the issues of not properly serving all the emails. He suggested deleting some of the Yes/No branches to see if that would get the automation working properly.
I took his advice, and after deleting one of the Yes/No branches, the entire visual automation disappeared and was deleted...
I don't believe I will be making the Flatirons automation work today.

Just wanted to keep you both in the loop. I put in a couple of hours over the weekend and was able to piece together half of the Flatirons automation. I found the original emails between Stephen and I (the guy who helped me build the V1 automation).
So far, the already built half of the automation fires correctly. I'm hoping that by the end of the day, I can complete the automation and we can resume sending Flatirons emails.

I have tested the full 8 emails, the "unsubscribe" feature, and the manual "opt-in decline" feature from the backend on the paralegal side.
All tests were a PASS and we are now ready to begin emailing Flatirons Patience Reminders.

@Adrienne Hester , if there has been a gap, confirm last send and then work with Kim and Tami to get new list and have that sent out every two weeks. Asking for a new list before each send to e sure we have latest.
For the email chain, just get back on track if the last send was on May 10. Sweep it under the rug by confirming Kim to wend the latest list so we don’t send to any rejected or closed claimants.
@Korbin , and if you let it lapse , get the new list and make sure Camp Lejeune non-flat irons goes out every two weeks, even if you have to email Kim for the list. Immediately please

@Adrienne Hester, that was sent out. it took me 10 minutes and I know why Korbin struggled to upload lists. Self inflicted because he was not selecteing the list as "Contacts" and kept it as "Leads" which upload under more stringent requirements. :facepalm::skintone_4:
