@Cameron Rentch is still being routed through Connex, we still have agents on there, they might have all just been on call at the time of the attempted transfer.

We had a Chowchilla SIL signed yesterday at 2:16 PM so the number is still working. The inbound team were all on calls so they didn't get the transfer

We have many numbers that are pointed from a variety of internal and external sources that we will need to update to ensure we do not lose any calls. This is super important and could impact our largest firms

@here TIP Phone Numbers @Cameron Rentch I'll coordinate with everyone to get all our numbers. right now I have the headers: Phone Number, Platform (Law Ruler, Five9, etc), Firm (ACTS, BCL, etc), Function (Inbound, Outbound, Text), and Notes Did you want to see anything else in sheet?
