Lead ID 563119 This lead was an issue last week and was fixed by Tony and his team, but the fix was not correct. It has now been fixed properly, but will require special attention for the dashboard. Lead came in as MD juv hall Crump Slater BLX, but client was abused in the state of Illinois. Agent changed case type to IL juv hall Crump Slater Shield Legal to qualify and sign client. There was no BLX version of this campaign. Tony's team changed the case type back to MD juv hall Crump Slater BLX, but this was not accurate for reporting and maintaining the data associated with the IL intake. Anthony created a new case type specifically for this lead: Illinois Juv Hall Abuse - Crump - Slater - BLX The new case type will need to be added to the dashboard with this one lead ID in it to accurately reflect the advertising source and case type.
