@Brian Thiessen can you please send me total expenses for Tip for September and August> side by side with total revenue collected?

I want to look a line by line item report of some type like you showed me before so we can identify what the deficit is?

@Cameron Rentch, I just found out from Alan that ASA and VSS services added another "billable status" dating back to May 1st :skintone_4:

So I am going to backfill tomorrow, the TIP dashboard and then once you have that sheet @Brian Thiessen, you can compare and back-invoice if required.

@Ryan I have all of the VSS expenses and billable actions each month, and the ASA services are going to tie out to the special projects like form 95's and Hair relaxer PFS's.

I added July as well, for a better comparison. August had 3 payrolls and the last payroll in August was just over $543K, the first, Aug 2 was $613K. This payroll was July, but recorded in August because that's when the payment came out of the bank. That's the main, if not only, reason that August has such a bad bottom line, the inclusion of a 3rd payroll. I'll email this to you as well.

@Brian Thiessen thank you, can you do something for me that is something more "simplified". Can you make a google or excel sheet Separate Tab for July Separate Tab for August

Left side have TIP expenses with total Right side have TIP revenue broken down by customer (IE Shield, ACTS, Etc) with total

Thank you

@Brian Thiessen last item, can you send me AR report for July and August so I can see where we will be once those invoices are paid?

This is the report for 9.13, so there are a few September invoices on there, fyi.
