I noticed two clients are in spinal tumor - DQ but are in a final status I noticed one of them change it to a status that is qualified while the other one is still in spinal tumor. I am going to need to debug the law ruler sql table to figure out how to get the code to pull the "latest" value for that one client while the other one might have to go in signed & decline status unless they do qualify for it? Asking since they are going to look at the statuses and see two are "disqualified" which I can for now "ignore those" til we update them as a temp solution. I am almost finished with the alameda dashboard though
