Here's a summary of what the plan is to make this happen. Unfortunately there is not a clean way to do this based on our phone system and database setup, but that doesn't mean we can't get creative. It won't be sustainable to do this manually for long, but the permanent fix has been on BI and my map. We'll go into this intending to cover all possible calling hours to make sure we have any data needed long term (5A-9P PST; by agent; by campaign).
Temporary Approach (for next week): ⢠manual daily campaign reporting has to be changed to hourly with agent breakdown (from ConnexOne, Vici and LawRuler); trial run Monday for use starting Monday evening if successful ⢠breakdown of hourly campaign conversion report to agent level ⢠output may be clunky at first, but we'll see how we can package this as palatable as possible; Amanda to run nightly Long Term Approach (on/before 6/10): ⢠Get all calls coming from one location... ⦠move all campaigns out of Vici and into ConnexOne ⦠remove dialer and manual call permissions from LawRuler ⢠BI creates custom call reports from ConnexOne database ⢠BI runs conversion results from Google Cloud database ⢠push reporting to email/Slack daily (likely first thing in the morning to allow data flow) Let me know if there are any questions. If you click on the report now it will reflect the E-signs and finals by hour per agent. We had a slight glitch with the formula but it has now been fixed moving forward
