@Korbin Can you go see about Softphone (in CTM only) and how the Volume works for them? If you do not have the answer for her on the spot, observe the issue, go to CTM on your own and look up solution, then go back with ideas to test.

We have 2 options-

1.) We can remove the call waiting tone (see attached below)

2.) We can change the caller wait time to send the caller to VM faster therefore, reducing the caller tone (see attached below)

Hello @Adrienne Hester,

Earlier Brittany Hester from the Crump team approached me because her "hold" button was not working within her CTM profile while she was on a call.

I had reached out to CTM support for a solution to the problem. I had Michael of CTM test through both Desiree and Brittany's accounts and found that those buttons are working. (Ticket: 240203504)

Michael had gone on to notify me that if the internet service is weak or unstable that the push for those "hold commands" might not register. Desiree told me that this was an ongoing issue for the Crump team and that they all occasionally experience the issue from time to time.

Please let Desiree know about the cause of the issue and that CTM support had tested through both Desiree and Brittany's accounts. If this is a problem that persists in the future then we will have to implement a dedicated IP for the Crump team.

@Korbin, thank you. @Adrienne Hester and @Andy Rogers, to add to this. I'm trying to get Abe on the phone to confirm if he wants these sent from

  1. "Medical Records Ordered" event or
  2. "Medical Records Received" event The key here is that TIP on about 35% of the case types manages the "Medical Record Order Event" and we have good data in LawRuler. The "Medical Record Received" when not TIP handling the "Medical Records Ordered" event, is all done by the handling firms which for Flatirons is Dicello, ACTS and BG. See from Brittany below.

What this means is that Abe's request is MUCH more complex based on needing source-email-list of certain case file status and medical records conditions from 4 source-software-platforms, potentially is a pretty tough job to do manually but more than a few times. So once I "map this out and learn how the process works", then we can architect the solution, and give @Andy Rogers and chance to sell in, manage expectations and timelines for "Flatirons Client Patience Reminders Email Campaigns".

@Korbin , @Andy Rogers is traveling but will work on confirmation of the event and data sources from various litigation firms to know. Again we have only rhe data from TIP team medical records “ordered” confirmation reliably in LawRuler, the key part of the question of all case types and go to all data sources to get them? And if so, then this is a Mike or JP or Dwight OOO to get done faster to get list from 4 sources (tip/bg/acts/dl) @Andy Rogers Cause that will be something we can manage for the initial emails but not ongoing. (Integration that sends all four lists into a single format and SharpSpring via their API.)
