@deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ @Nick Ward When we get the chance Let's sync about this naming thing Ryan presented just now as it throws a lot of wrenches in a lot of different places.

My proposition was to have the case names be a number that isn't used anywhere else (key) on all cases, and that key number ties back to a excel sheet / data base so people can read it. That way we never run into character limits, or odd characters or anything else

Hey @James Turner I am available to pop by now if you guys are or later on if you are in the middle of something. As for what you stated about the case names having the case ID #, I agree with what you are saying since I think that would work best.
