@Greg Owen @Mark Maniora @Malissa
Need a Copper Opportunity added, it's missing and causing Paid vs Spent for Cam and Marc to not show this order: Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Contract, (see image attached)
There is one like it, the one for Dicello and BG, but that is separately tracked order. https://app.copper.com/companies/526303/app/#/browse/board/opportunities/default?fullProfile=opportunities-31683518
Please add to Copper and link to 1415 LP Contract ID @Mark Maniora so I can sync data and test my Flatirons dashboard. There could be more like this FYI.
kinda weird it wasn't in there if it was from march
Yeah, I'm doing development on the Cooper + Shield Financials for Flatirons, and luckily decided to "validate" the numbers and counts while doing it. I'll let you know if more show up.
i'm still purging emails. i think at this point only the admins can see them but i don't care.
@Mark Maniora, clone this contract (see image) and just keep it paused, but name it Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello/BG/Flatirons (TIP) - Contract
then put the contract ID in Copper with the 1354 in this one https://app.copper.com/companies/526303/app/#/browse/board/opportunities/default?fullProfile=opportunities-31683518
@Ryan just clone? does it need delivery methods, budget, etc?
if we have two with the same name, won't it cause confusion eventually?
@Mark Maniora, name is different. 1354 has the NC added to it, but our financials have both a NC and non-NC version, so for now, no delivery method, no budget. Make note in the Notes used to wrap up pre-NC financials.
New contract cloned named "Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello/BG/Flatirons (TIP) - Contract" The existing one is named "Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello/BG/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Contract"
Flatirons caused this. They asked when the new criteria updated, then Cameron asked me to denote it. Then I changed LP names to include NC, not realizing it would break the link between financials and leadspedia. So the clone is just a placeholder where adding the new contract ID to copper with 1354 will roll it all under a single order, with NC denoted by date in July.
@Ryan It's done, and I added the new contract (1566) to Copper
Great, @Mark Maniora, now do a clone for this one:
Name it Hair Relaxer Uterine Cancer - Dicello/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Contract
Add to Copper too on this one: https://app.copper.com/companies/526303/app/#/browse/board/opportunities/default?fullProfile=opportunities-31683515
ok created, but not entered into Copper yet
@Mark Maniora, great 2 more:
Firefighting Foam - Dicello/Flatirons (TIP) - Contract is new name, clone the Firefighting Foam - Dicello/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Contract, And same, for Firefighting Foam - Dicello/Flatirons NC (TikTok) (TIP) - Contract, new named Firefighting Foam - Dicello/Flatirons (TikTok) (TIP) - Contract
and add new contract IDs to Copper
took a quick jog around the building first, sorry
it's cold in here. i might go outside too to lay on a rock like a lizard
@Ryan Firefoam clones are done and in Copper
It's working but remember never change a leadspedia contract name unless you okay it with me @Mark Maniora, just found a major change for CA Juvenile Hall Detention
I never do unless Cameron tells me too
Ok. Make sure you let me know if he does, Leadspedia and Shield Legal financials contract names have to match, especially if it started already.
ok yeah, he doesn't tell me if he changes something like that usually.
but I would keep you in the loop if I notice something
@here, we now have 3932 Flatiron deals in PvS, TIP and SL old dash. Thank you for the help.
Hey @Ryan. Andy has requested that the campaigns that share a budget be grouped together in one listing on his PvS report. At first glance, Greg and I thought that wouldn't be too difficult. However, we have since realized that grouping them together when they have different verticals will create different issues. Mark would have to create new entries in LeadsPedia. We'd lose visibility of what's Clergy, Foster Abuse, YRTC, etc.
Is there another way to group Andy's shared buckets in his report so that he can see everything together?
Obviously smaller ones like San Diego OSOL and San Diego ISOL aren't as much of a headache. Michigan and Kansas however will be.
Mark can confirm which of your campaign sit under one vertical, those are the only ones you should group. Otherwise, we will have a lot of updated to change, but if that’s the only route we can do it.
Meaning, keep Michigan juvenile hall orders in one group order. And the other Michigan’s as other orders since I believe they have their own verticals.
I don’t think we can do this without rebuilding every contract to the new vertical name in LP.
yeah the problem with Michigan is for example, Meadow sent money for MI Clergy, YRTC, JDC, and Foster. Like $500k (for example) to be moved around those campaigns as needed. Same with Ghozland and AFG for Michigan. It's all floating between different MI Case Types.
We can update verticals in the database, but every contract will have to be changed renamed accordingly, and then you guys will need to give us a spreadsheet with what names they used to be, with their new names and verticals are, so that Zeke can go out and dothe treacherous update to the production data
ok, yeah in order to have the verticals match the database, I've gotta create all new contracts. It can be done, but it will take awhile. We have 26 contracts that this would impact
@Ryan Talking it out with Mark. I think we need to run this all by Cam. Thank you!
hey @Ryan is there some other field we could use for Andy's report that would group things together? Like, maybe we don't have to do those changes at all if they all have the same Campaign Code or something
