Hey @Ryan and @Nick Ward! 👋

Really excited about the progress we’ve made so far on the new financial system! Things are really starting to come together. I’ve got a few updates from this past week that I’d love to share, so I’d like to take the lead on running tomorrow’s meeting if that works for you both.

@Ryan , with NewFin moving forward quickly, I’d love to start mapping out a project timeline to guide us through the next few sprints and across the finish line. If you could bring a detailed, written list of everything that still needs to be done to get the system launch-ready, along with a final “big picture” view of what the complete system will look like, that would be incredibly helpful.

Awesome! I've looked over Monday for my tasks and the next item I see is getting Paylocity data in, and Building Out the Proper Commission System. Once we get those in, we should have everything we need to make our final financial summary tables. Looking forward to the next steps, I'll come into the meeting tomorrow with a plan on those!
