We are reviewing the steps Reporting and BI taking and documenting everything into an SOP. We are identifying the potential failure points internally/externally and trying to create notifications if something goes wrong. We have then identified things we need to change to make the entire process more automatic.

@Cameron Rentch I have talked with Nancy and she has yet to go through the last update I sent. She asked to review later in the week to give her time to check that last update. We are updating this weeks data and implementing some of the things we identified in our meeting. There will be some ongoing edits as we streamline and automate everything as discussed but we have our interim process established with QA checks today and tomorrow. I will then deliver this week’s update on Wednesday as established prior and review with Nancy at her convenience

@Cameron Rentch The declines have been removed and the tables are updated. Aidan handles getting this updated as one of his first tasks every morning. We will remove the PII today and update our reporting to make sure it is removed going forward as well
