@Cameron Rentch TikTok CRM was live and tested with Bard. We didn't get the results that we wanted. Currently only NEC with enough events and spend to test the CRM. But we have backend issues this past two weeks that Nick and Dwight are troubleshooting. As for Meta PII integration into our TikTok campaigns., @Nicholas McFadden can update as well.

We got past the Meta PII issue yesterday and sent a test. Sometimes it takes the TikTok dashboard 24hrs to register but we had successful responses on our end.

@Nicholas McFadden Is the Meta PII integration applied to all existing TikTok ad accounts that have the CRM installed, and not just NEC (e.g., PFAS, Hair Relaxers, etc.)?

Applying it to all torts is wonderful. For NEC, I'll continue monitoring to see if any CRM events are populating. As of now, we're not seeing events from either TikTok or Meta

Great. But as I've mentioned to Dwight, please take into account that sending it manually worked but no natural TikTok event came in in the last couple of weeks since we restarted the NEC campaign. We supposed to have over 200 New Lead - Contact events just from TikTok here and more than 20 Signed e-Sign FINAL - Purchase

@Nicholas McFadden testing leads came through, but no natural leads coming through. We should gave gotten plenty of conversions in the last 24-28 hours.

@Nicholas McFadden please note changes I've noticed on the backend here as 12.7-5.8 NEC was not live. All events gathered here were Signed e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED that didn't have mapped standard event. I think that possibly the changes that were made here caused the current issue, or in other words the events that were added - Signed e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED and billable declined by firm. Here's a comparison - our traffic before we halted the campaign (June 10- July 10) vs. after we halted it ( July 12 - August 5) When we restarted the campaign August 6, we didn't see any other event populating.
