@Melanie Macias good morning. Copying @Joe Santana here. We are seeing some bad reviews from people o LInked in and Reddit. Can you please look into asap and get with company helping us to clear up? Thank you!
@Joe Santana do you have links of the reviews on either platform?
Melanie, per our conversation have you heard/seen from Ryan about the tool?
Hi @Joe Santana, Yes, Ryan sent me Sightly. I reached out to them to confirm whether they offer social media audit services. In the meantime, I also contacted my contact at Removify, who’s currently assisting us with removing negative reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. Additionally, I came across two Reddit threads that mention TIP negatively. I’ve shared the links with my contact to see if removal is possible. I’ll keep you posted with any updates.

Ok, thank you - as you most likely know, these removal approaches are very shady - please make sure you do a deep dive on who/what you ask to do that and make sure they are as clear as YOU need them to be in doing whatever it is that they do, thank you!
@Joe Santana I completely understand your concern. Removify has been fully vetted and has already helped us successfully remove nine negative reviews: six from Indeed and three from Glassdoor. I’ll continue to proceed carefully and ensure complete transparency around their methods. Just a heads-up, the process for each review can take up to a few weeks
I am waiting to hear back if threads from Reddit can be removed (TBD).
thanks for the response and update here and other thread!
