Hi Richard. Happy thursdays ! To piggy back a Jira request Abe is asking, is it possible if I prepare a csv file with certain fields and a certain format, we are able to upload that into Litify to create new matters so that those "missing clients" Abe is talking about are created and no longer "missing" from there end?
I see, you want me to upload the data? I can do that, just want to confirm that the Matter is the only table we need to update
I would say we would be creating new profiles such as name, dob, email, address, etc (maybe address but good to have) and obtain matters IDs from it. Do you think that is possible?

Also based on Abe's reply, this tells me he hasn't looked at the .xlsx I posted therefore he is probably just saying in general "we are missing clients" not knowning that I pulled a report of all times for all the case types for paraquat. So I think we should be good on that part lol

Case number, law ruler ID, name, phone number, email and DOB those fields are fine. If DOB is missing that is okay since we should have it. Essentially need the other fields to see if I can find it in our system

Hi @Richard Schnitzler I got the paraquat clients that needs profiles created in Litify here in these templates. Let me know if these looks good and if so I can then add these into Jira and tag you on there (like what we said yesterday) and we can upload those. Once completed we want to get a fresh report of all clients in this case type to ensure they went through with ease
I am going to send you some more however the ones I will be sending next already has their profiles created but just need their law ruler id in litify updated (some are blank and one of them has a LR ID but is the wrong one)
That should complete everything for this reconciliation for Paraquat

Yes inserts as in we are creating new profiles / matters, etc since they don't have these clients
These are the 15 that need a field updated in Litify. They have their profiles already created however they dont have our law ruler ID # on there or if they do it isn't the correct law ruler ID #. So essentially I filled out all three template but not sure if you need all three or just one to just update a field value (which is law ruler ID) in Litify

If not I will need to let Abe know so that his team can work on it. This is the other Jira post he tagged us on a few hours ago. I finished the reconciliation for it but these are the ones that are not on there so I may need to create those .csv for you to create those profiles but I wanna check with you first so we don't do dups on these

Then once it is up to date we need a fresh report with all clients with that case type so I can let Abe know they have them all

I think from my end this is probably going to be all that is needed in the future. Creating profiles, updating law ruler ID, and pull reports so I can double check from my end. One other thing we may need to do in the future is delete a profile if it was a duplicate but what Nick M stated we probably want to reach out to them first and probably have them delete it or give us the okay to delete it first just in case they put data in the "dup" account and not on the "not dup" account.
That's pretty much what the reconciliation is going to look like for now
I remember they were saying that they should have a de-dupe system in place soon, but yeah if we have records to delete, just need the IDs

Right. I was able to get those ids by you sending me a full report of everything and match with their case # but since it is a report they are already sending it would be a lot easier for them to already include those fields

Since he is saying NH juv abuse leads going into paraquat. We only sent over 4 newly added ones so my guess it has to be those four profiles we created. Or might be an integration thing
He says 'Intake' but this is moot till he tells us what records he is referring to
Also, what makes him think we are changing it? The Case Type being tracked is a picklist, not a lookup from the looks of it
A report on both Case types is just going to have the current values, we need to address where he is looking, otherwise we are just chasing our tail and not addressing the core issue
Yeah I know what you are referring too. If you can pull a report on all clients for those two case types the paraquat and NH one I can then investigate it for us Richard.

I am thinking we can check if they were created by us through API or if it was a manual entry. If manually we can state to them their team forgot to put it on there. I would assume yes to your question

I am thinking he is referring to law ruler ID in general. Rather that being in a specific profile or matter etc I am not too sure

Also just so you know the MD campaign, I had emailed them (brittany did) a long time ago but I gave her the info for her to email to them, I provided them all those missing law ruler ID #s a long time ago (I am thinking 1-2 months) ago so she is looking when I sent that so that I can let them know we sent those over to your team on this day and it looks like your team created the matters, etc and didn't get around adding those

Brittany had told me to include those other paraquat case types because she was told those are receiving the same treatment as the flatirons meaning keeping track of the milestones meaning medical records columns.
Thanks for letting me know. Yeah I think he is on one today lol. If he doesn't want those I can simply just delete that case type from the report lol
Okay I replied back. Also I think he doesn't realize that I mentioned in my .xlsx file that these are non flatirons clients so I actually went above and beyond by including flatirons and non flatirons clients that are not in his system lol.
I think brittany asked me to do both since they are receiving same treatment (mile stone tracking) and the same process to audit flatirons would of been for those non flatirons as well. But if he says for me NOT to do it, I won't complain since that means less work for me lol
But if he doesn't want them he could simply just ignore those tabs that has them since I separate each case type by tabs I believe 🤣
