Looking at the data, it seems like some of the clients list all residents in one and some of them have separate lead IDs for each of the residents.

Additionally, Esteban is working on a project that will assist us by creating a key to cut down on the amount of vlookups and manual checks to find the correct client. Newly signed clients will have to be checked the old way but there will be a lot fewer of those. This should be a more manageable workload moving forward.

Ok so I'm seeing that they are the correct reports, but I'm also seeing weird sorting? I see a 1.16.25 lead created date in there, so that tells me that it is in fact the recent reports
remember all of Andy/Greg reports and Cameron's reports aren't based off the lead created date, they are based off the e-signed date
You can pull a supplemental report out of LR with the signer names and the Case ID to try to match some of them up. Layout in screenshot

Notes about hair relaxer audits @here When there is a doctor listed multiple times and they have different name data "Dr. John Doe" is "Dr. Doe", try to fix it and include the full name the whole time throughout the PFS. We have a new template. 4k columns now
@here Important priority project for tomorrow morning. This supersedes all other projects except Flatirons requests: Amanda from DL has sent me 34 hair relaxer clients from the spring of last year that have deficiencies for their authorizations. We need to review the entire PFS row of data for each of them and figure out what is missing. Once we know what is missing, we need to figure out if we can get that info without a call to the client (example: missing address for medical provider only, try to google and find address ourselves). If we need to make a call, that must be identified ASAP so we can get the list of required info to the call agents to start calling. Examples of things that need an authorization with FULL NAME AND ADDRESS for whatever entity is listed: • Any and all medical providers listed throughout the entire PFS • All employers listed in lost wages section • All courts/agencies listed in the worker's comp/disability section • All psych providers listed in the psych treatment section Please see attached + the email I have forwarded to everyone that lists the deficiencies. It is OK if you don't understand everything in the email. Please begin working on this first thing tomorrow when you come in. Communicate with one another to split up the list and go through it. I need a spreadsheet that has all of the data specified in column E for each client. I don't have a template or a format for these since they all need different info. For this, it usually depends on what they are asking for for how I send it back. These are all for hair relaxer PFSs. Look over the list and some of the profiles (activity log will show you recent changes to the file, most of these had partial information previously but now have the full info they were looking for)

More info for those of you who are unfamiliar with Barracuda: DL uses Barracuda to scan their emails for anything that it detects as sensitive information (mostly SSNs, or things it thinks are SSNs) so it can encrypt the email. You then need to log in to Barracuda to see the messages that were encrypted. You can reply from there, but it's not a very sophisticated email interface. Below is a screenshot of what the messages to our inbox looks like and what the Barracuda inbox looks like.

I guess I need clarification on what we need to do for Exhibit A and when/if it's used. I looked back at the chat and for some reason it still was not clear to me. Anyone care to share any enlightenment?
I was not criticizing in any way, if we are using common sense as a guide - there is quite literally nothing I want more but for everyone to understand this so that we can get this task done for Brittany. Which has always been my goal, that stuff gets done. I can't help that it's taken as criticism even if it's not my intention as I just made a suggestion that I personally thought would help, being that I learned this from Brittany (as you yourself have as well) and from the supporting documents she previously shared with all of us. BUT, I will try to make it as clear and simple as possible since you want to make this into more than it is.
If you've looked at the In Progress Google Drive (which it seems like you haven't), you will see some of them have multiple 'signed contracts' like the first pic attached of Zaryn-758590.
Now not all of them will have multiple signed contracts, but when looking at them (you can hover over the little PDF picture to get a preview of the PDF itself - also pictured in the 2nd snip)
If you see that this PDF (The Exhibit A document) is in this google drive (the in progress google drive folder) then we want to put the Exhibit A pdf in the SAME folder for that specific person when we put it in the 'Completed' Google Drive.
For instance i'll use the snippets as an example: Zaryn - 758590 has 2 different contracts signed. SignedContract and SignedContract1 - with the tiniest smidgen of effort, we can find that 'SignedContract1' is the PDF that we use to make all the Exhibit B and Exhibit C documents. We see that the 'SignedContract' document for Zaryn is the Exhibit A document. What we're going to do is put the Exhibit A document in the SAME folder as the Exhibit B and C documents.
Just typed these notes out real quick from when Brittany and I went over the audit. feel free to edit and add to make them easier for yourself
