@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW, @deleted-U069G4WMMD4 and I setup a webhook from CTM to Leadspedia that will send all social media organic generated phone leads into LawRuler as the start of the call. Just like we did for the BCL latest TV campaigns. Please tell Intake Agents to use the persons phone number to look them up in LawRuler because we are passing S1 that are marked for Uzi so that we can quickly identify leads that become cases and case reviews. This tracking was requested by the Ben Crump team.

Good morning @Ryan, so for the Drax case we've consolidated all the Drax clients under one case number, so you don't have to send those to Smart Advocate. Based off the volume of intakes if you could prioritize the Depo and Gaming Addiction cases, that would be immensely helpful.
