@Patsy Miller I replied to rob this morning what they sent us isnt what we asked for. Have them follow the instrcution please, I am not going to "guess" what they want at this point. We need crystal clear instrcitions and suggested edits to the google docs we sent, as well as exact content/details. Their responses are very "ambiguous". Good luck.

MSA we can accept all changes, have the latest resent to me in docusign.

Ozempic/Wegovy

  1. Took Ozempic or Wegovy (name brand only) Note: Start and Finish Dates of Usage. (Disqualify if still taking) a. Not a compound version – must have taken the drug manufactured by Novo Nordisk
  2. Must have a diagnosis that required medical treatment: a. Intraoperative pulmonary aspiration b. Ileus or bowel obstruction (with or without surgical treatment) c. Esophageal injury (surgery required) d. Permanent stomach paralysis e. GI injury (surgery required) f. DVT and related injuries i. No one older than 60 ii. Only well-controlled diabetics
    1. Cannot have the following: a. Cannot still be taking Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro b. No personal history or family history of intestinal blockage or MEN 2 syndrome c. No prior history of chemo treatment 5 years before injury diagnosis d. No prior abdominal surgeries on or near the stomach that could injure the vagus nerve e. No history of cystic fibrosis or multiple sclerosis f. No history of lupus or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome g. No history of abdominal radiation h. No bariatric surgery pre Ozempic/Wegovy usage i. No current or history of illicit drug use or marijuana dependency.
  3. Other Usage: Note if patient used Mounjaro and dates of usage– but it will not qualify on its own.

Ross Robin and Kieran Betts want to know if you would be willing to run NEC at $4500-$5000 (preferably under $5k) with a test budget of $150k. If it goes well they have "infinite budgets" and will renew with larger tranches and keep the campaign running long term.

They would also like to know if you are willing to give them ONE WEEK for returns that don't meet criteria.

And, they would like to run a Rideshare Abuse test campaign with a $100k budget...also with a one week return policy if it doesn't meet criteria. Criteria attached. Thoughts?

@Patsy Miller not interested in ride share. Think we covered this before. Very concerned with this especially with a new firm. Only be willing to test with range of 5500-6500/per. Firm should expect a 25-29% fallout rate on their end. We do 3 day return policy ONLY for dual rep and if intake was performed incorrectly. We would also require 7 days after initial sign up to get “proof” and provide. (No problem with credit being issued if we cannot produce)

For NEC we can do 5500/per. Note we do not access or procure medical records.

@Cameron Rentch I'm working on getting a renewal on Sextortion. Can you please explain the status of "signed e-sign QA WIP" (assuming that is a work in process) and how to set the firm's expectations on when the retainer will be delivered?

I'm also assuming "signed e-sign" and "signed e-sign IN PROCESS" (the ones that don't say FINAL) mean they are going through a QA process and there will be a slight delay in the delivery?

The best thing to do when you are getting these reports is to only get signed e-sign final ONLY. You really don’t need to pull the others because until they are completely done there’s no reason to even let the firm know about them.

I requested a signed retainer report that includes all the intake questions (all signed final) from Greg Owen. He never replied and Andy told Malissa to send me a report. I got what I would call a status report that includes anything with the word "signed" in the status.
