hi @here I'm going to hold off on sending anything to BG until we're comfortable with the information. And even then it would just be the backup, no invoice. Tony and Alan, do you feel like we've resolved the issues Jon @ BG found?

Hi @here, I just mentioned this to Tony but i'm putting it here to get any thoughts before i pull the trigger. I'm going to take the updated VSS report, pull out the BG tabs and put in pivot tables to show the cases with quantities. I'll send that to Jon (NO INVOICES) and ask him to review and let us know if he still sees any issues.

Does everyone like that idea?

Also @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW these are now on the DL/Flatirons tab (not with BG). They're on the list you sent me that need to be included. Should we move them back?

@here I've attached a VSS file just for BG. BUT i've found some issues. @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA, can you look at the tabs that are highlighted in yellow? I've also highlighted the cases that are in those tabs that shouldn't be in the file.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW can you take a look at the tab in orange? That has the DL/Flatirons lines i did a screenshot of above.

The highlights on the DL Flatiron tab are DL Flatiron's. This was verified by verifying the retainer for this case was for Dl Flatirons, not DL/BG Flatirons. Crump Slater is not a case type that should have been included in this report . New Jersey DL TC is a Tony confirmation, as the case type in June was being completed in a 2nd interview by BG, however in August the DL TC was transitioned to DL

thanks @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA. Do we know why Crump Slater and Crump TPMB are popping up in these reports? they were in the first set of backups sent to BG and they called that out.

It should not be. However it is noteworthy that this report was compiled manually by 3 CSPs and an attorney from a variety of google sheets. In August, we3 began to track everything via Law Ruler for the first time. This process will improve greatly over the next month providing we do not have any more issues regarding retainers not matching Case types
