@deleted-U055HQT39PC I was doing a pre-audit on the flatirons reports I do for Monday and after Brittany and I investigated this , the following lead# 393303 is in LR as the following case type: Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello - BG/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Shield Legal and this actually has a signed DL only retainer with nothing about Baily Glasser in the retainer and came in through LeadsPedia as only DL case type. So when I pull the report for DL-BG/FL it doesn't match the billable TIP dashboard because this lead# is listed with the DL-BG/FL NC (TIP) files that are now DL only retainers.

this was back in June, 06/21/2024 I uploaded the retainer, 06/24/2024 Cameron confirmed that I use the same retainer for both campaigns

My understanding was that the case type would be changed to match the retainer correct? The retainer is a DL Flatirons and the Case type need to match if we are ever to balance
