Morning Joe. I copied you on the email to our Google cloud rep, Juan. They will know who can best build a sass platform on their various Google cloud modules, and then we can get two bids from two partners. I'm open to other platforms and other partner strategies of course. But I figured if we build this within our existing Google cloud architecture, we can integrate look or enterprise, the data into the warehouse and back the application a lot easier.

Post NMcF Staff Considerations:

  1. Richard becomes more project manager across Dicello. Reporting to Carter & Joe. Could also be used for Dustin Integration Reporting instead of Malissa to clients if client-facing skilled.
  2. Edward has 100% control of Flatirons SL legacy financial data + TIP LawRuler data Benchmarks report but needs help.
  3. Josh becomes 2nd Flatirons person with Edward. Learns Looker Enterprise to help EdWard on SL BI dashboards, including in-dev SL financials order summary models for Looker and client facing reports of orders, leads, retainers and case files.
  4. New Hire - Senior level, coding SQL, LookML, Looker Enterprise Admin, DBT plug in app for BigQuery, strong SQL back ground. Will own SL Financials and Operations data.
  5. Dustin acts as Data Engineer for TIP BI, plus he leads up Integrations for non-Dicello, but helping Daniel with Flatirons-Dicello integrations into Litify. Involved in ShieldLegal.dev tools as well.
  6. Tyson does Data Governance but does not have full access to legacy AWS, FiveTran but does GCP. He also helps with ShieldLegal.dev and Sanick application framework for python
  7. Dwight does Facebook & TikTok Zapiers to Leadspedia for Native Forms and Web Forms, plus setups up Conversion API Postbacks from LawRuler to Facebook or TikTok API. Front end for Nitdio to setup posts into Leadspedia without Zapier (Mike, Dwight) not started but mentioned. Could be Chris K. For SL BI Financials "block / hurdle" from this move, I will use Chris K. to get to Production release. Josh can do the Looker Enterprise stuff with Edward. You got Richard, Daniel and some of Dustin for Dicello / Flatirons. Josh's work should be with JP when it's "legal documentation automation with Dicello owned data".
